Before Olga worked in property, she had a corporate career. Working for major film studios like Sony and 20th Century Fox, Olga was managing new business, global customer strategy and emerging markets. After climbing the corporate ladder to be one of the youngest VP’s at 32, something changed. Olga realised she didn’t want to sit in endless meetings. Instead, she wanted to be on the ground, making changes in the areas that mattered. She launched a property business launching premium shared accommodation for young professionals under the brand No White Walls. Having found success in this business before the word ‘co-living’ became trendy, she then realised a gap on the market. There was a need for renters to find quality, well-managed properties. Somewhere they could feel at home. Also, landlords and property managers were looking for responsible renters who wanted to live in a co-shared property. The problem was, there was no trusted way that these landlords and renters could connect. So No White Walls has become a prop tech company. Now No White Walls is an online platform that provides essential technology to landlords and property management agents to enable highest standards of service, while promoting community lifestyle, friendships and networking among renters.
